For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project. ReadyMED has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient focused and detailed oriented Patient Service Specialist to join our team. The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals. Hours: 36 hours a week with 3 12-hour shifts any day of the week, including every other weekend and some holidays. The shifts are from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm EST. The shifts are to be determine by the supervisor upon hire. May be asked to cover other clinics as needed.
